Luggage
these days is not
what it once was". This is definitely meant in the positive
sense. It wasn’t that long ago when luggage was described
with phrases such as "heavy", "dark" and "purely
functional". The TITAN brand was founded in the early 80’s
and has since been developing innovative solutions based on
the "luggage" theme for modern, mobile generations.
Since then the
ideas have also been implemented on the international scene,
while the "melting pot of ideas" regarding "bags and
luggage" is and has always been based in Germany near to
Lake Starnberg. Here the subject "plastic" was revived a few
years ago and, in tandem with the extremely light material
polycarbonate, was developed to create the Xenon product
series, one of the lightest hard-case products in the world.
Independent test institutes such as Stiftung Warentest
(German consumer protection organization) have awarded the
product with their highest test results, thereby confirming
its workmanship and quality management.
This know-how is
applied to all product developments, as well as when it
comes to developing new target groups such as "sport" and
"kids". And of course it is also applied to future ideas
concerning "bags and luggage"
The Idea
of offering
light-weight luggage in an innovative design with
high-quality materials at attractive prices has become a
genuine success factor for the TITAN brand. The excellent

At the same time
the creators at TITAN don’t want to appeal to
prestige-oriented consumers, but rather to modern and mobile
individuals who get excited about the concept and the
product and not just the added value of the logo

The Design
is not just the
"image" of an end product, rather it is much more the
sequence from the idea during the concept phase through
design right up to its final realization.
The idea is
increasingly based on the particular functionality of a
product and the needs of the target group. The useful life
of luggage has significantly dropped in recent years. Even a
more traditional product has become somewhat more of a
stylish accessory and more people from this group are buying
products that are up to date with the current look.
Luggage was
however seen as a classic status symbol in days gone by,
particularly in times where travel was seen as a luxury.
Today's infrastructures and dramatic drop in prices,
especially among airlines, have had enormous effects on
attitudes towards travelling. This of course has also had an
effect on the needs and products on offer when it comes to
luggage. Therefore we always try to find out what the mobile
person of today wants tomorrow, and this can be seen in our

WARRANTY

No Matter What Warranty Since our founding in 1983, TITAN® Luggage has been committed to
providing customers with worry free ownership with your total
satisfaction as our goal. With that in mind TITAN® products are
covered by our No Matter What lifetime
warranty. No matter what happens to your bag, TITAN® will repair
or replace it free of charge - NO MATTER WHAT.
The No Matter What Warranty covers defects in workmanship or
material and even structural or mechanical damage which affect
the function of the case. If it is broken, we'll fix it at our
expense or replace it with a comparable replacement product.
Cosmetic wear including dirt, abrasions and scrapes, are an
unavoidable circumstance of normal luggage use and as such are
not covered under this warranty. Keep in mind that most dirt and
scuff marks can be washed away using a sponge with a mild soap
and water solution. Contact TITAN® for detailed cleaning and
care instructions of your particular case.
TITAN® is not responsible for damages to the contents of your
luggage, for lost or stolen bags, or for consequential or
incidental damages such as loss of use and suggests that you
contact your airline or common carrier with claims of this
nature before leaving the terminal.
Customers with warranty issues should contact TITAN® by phone
or e-mail to be directed to an authorized repair center in your
area. The only expense that the customer incurs is the cost of
getting the bag to a designated repair center, we'll cover all
expenses from there including return delivery expense to any
address in North America.
Note: The "No Matter What" warranty only applies to goods
made for and distributed in North America. Proof of purchase is
necessary to validate the warranty.
