Program. With Victorinox's global bag tracking program, we help to
reunite you with your lost bag anywhere in the world for free.
Here's how the Swiss Tracker™ program works:
Your bag bears a unique 8-digit tracking ID number and a 24-hour a
day, 365 days a year number to call collect from anywhere in the
world in case the bag is found. If someone finds your lost
Victorinox® Travel Gear bag, they call our customer service
representative at the hotline number. Using your unique ID number,
we will work with them to reunite you with your bag. We will notify
you, arrange pickup, and then arrange for delivery of your bag-at no
cost to you.
How to register for the program
STEP 1: Purchase any of the eligible
bags in the line (see list of eligible bags below) and send in your
registration form which can be found in the front section of your
bag. If you do not have a registration form, you can print the

service. Upon buying this product, register your Global Track ID
with us and attach the tag to your favorite bag. In the event that
your bag is lost, we will help to reunite you with your bag anywhere
in the world for free while in the care of an airline carrier.

Our Lifetime warranty.
Travel Gear by Swiss Army Brands, Daypack and Accessory Products are
under warranty for the life of the product to be free from any
manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. We will cover any
damage to your product caused by a defect in the workmanship or
quality of the materials. We have the right, at our option, to
repair or replace merchandise.
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse,
neglect, improper handling, or common carrier damage. The Warranty
does not cover ordinary wear and tear. As with any luggage,
component parts, particularly moving parts, will show wear over time
and will eventually need to be refurbished or replaced. If such wear
and tear occurs, we can provide you with generous options for
repairing or refurbishing your product.
