If a defect should become apparent during the
warranty period, Skyway will repair your luggage at our expense. Or, we may
opt to replace your luggage at our expense with the same piece, or with
another similar piece of equal or greater value. In either case the final
determination will be made by the authorized repair location on your behalf.
